Well, I will talk about this and recommend it to all my students at Actors Night at the Episcopal Actors Guild. One of the greatest thinga about this podcast is that it teaches the actor to put the cart behind the horse, not the horse behind the cart. Invalidate yourself by BEING an artist, don't be dependant on someone else's opinion. The horse is your artistic self, let it pull all the practicalities of this business behind it, let it be the one in charge.

The first episode was astoundingly impactful, I have struggled with what I called performance anxiety for years as a public speaker and teacher. Albert spoke to the challenges as well as gave a powerful explanation and education on the neuroscience behind the experiences. I cant wait for the next episode!
